My professional illustration journey began in 1995. Humour, irony, playfulness and fun have always been the leading creative forces of my work. Besides that, l also love to create more deep and expressive, conceptual type of illustration. l cooperated with our country's main newspaper Delo for 20 years, drawing editorial and conceptual illustration, short comics, and political cartoons. l created illustrations for numerous children's books, school books, and children's magazines, drew storyboards for TV commercials and designed characters for the children's puppet theatre and animation video. In my illustration work, I like to freely mix various traditional techniques in a quest of achieving the most creative freedom of expression and the most optimal and satisfying end result.
